What is ICF
ICF – Insulating Concrete Formwork System
Our ICF system consists of high-density polystyrene panels. These panels are spaced apart forming a shuttering system, concrete is then poured into the space. This forms a solid concrete cast. Making the building a solid structure with excellent sound insulation, fire safety, thermal mass and durability.
Advantages of ICF
A building built with our ICF system has the following advantages over more traditional methods:

ABOUT
Patrick Daly (30 years). With over 15 years plus in the construction industry, he is always on the lookout for new and improved building methods that have proven to bring added value to his clients. He began is career at a early age of 15 labouring and gradually worked his way up the ladder. He studied 2.5 years of a four year course of construction management in DIT, which he then left to found his construction company Daly’s Construction which is a business trading name under his LTD company PD Civils. His company specialise in ICF contracting. Which is alternative build method to block work and timber frame. This build method has proven to result in low energy requirements in new builds and extensions and is dramatically growing in demand. Patrick himself is always very optimistic and always maintains there is a solution to every problem no matter what and is very happy to share and guide his clients resulting in a service they will most definitely be delighted with. He also believes in developing a positive culture within his teams members which he knows is then too passed onto his clients and ending in service they expect and deserve.
